“ I've been eating at Becky & Xoa Chin's establishment over 2 years now. I love their personality, but the food is the winner. I always order the chicken wing combo with shrimp fried rice, cheese wonton's and their signature steak eggroll! While it's not a commonality at takeout eateries, it's a gem at China One, nevertheless. My first visit was suggested by the sis in law, and I'm glad she did. The menu has all the usual suspects and amid a few extraordinary Chef's specials like the Subgum Wonton. It's a really great combination of some things you would only come up with after years of experimentation. It is full of jumbo shrimp, beef, chicken with mixed vegetables and crowned with fried wontons! Talk about a feast, great preparation and a sauce that brings out the flavors of all the protein, while accenting the blend over the individual parts. Aside from takeout, or eat in, delivery isn't on the list. If you want an at-home oriental feast, walk or run in to make it happen! The food is prepared quickly and deliciously, right before your eyes. My wait time has always been 15 minutes or less (even if I have 5 items ordered,) but I always call ahead. The interior is spotless. While it doesn't boast a modern day dynasty deco chock full of upscale interior, China one does still have a welcoming, pleasant ambiance. With an excellent variety of food prepared in a style with strong influence of the Hunan, Szechuan, and Cantonese Styles all are prepared with authentic & traditional recipes with great portions! You won't be hungry two hours after you eat their great entrees! ”
